Terms of Service

facebrrr (facebrrr.com and facebrrr.rameerez.com) is run by Latent Software LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying from it you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

facebrrr turns a photo of a face into a living portrait: a set of generated expressions (and, on the Full tier, eye tracking) that you can embed on a website with one script tag. Every purchase is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

2. Refunds

Making your portrait costs us real money from the moment generation starts, so purchases are not refundable once generation has started. The one exception: if generation fails and we can't deliver your portrait, you get a full refund. Before generation starts, write to us and we'll refund you in full.

3. Your license

Once you've paid, you may embed your portrait on websites you own or control, for as long as you like. You may not resell the portrait or the embed itself, or use the embed to serve portraits on sites that aren't yours. The engine, the site and everything else we make stay ours.

4. Photos you upload

Only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has given you their clear permission. Don't upload photos of children, of anyone who hasn't agreed, or anything illegal, hateful or sexual. We may refuse or delete a portrait that breaks this rule, without a refund. You keep whatever rights you have in your photo; you give us the permission we need to store it and to generate, store and serve your portrait.

5. The demo faces

The public figures on the home page (Elon Musk, Donald Trump) are shown for parody and commentary. They are not affiliated with facebrrr and have not endorsed it. You may not buy or make a portrait of a public figure, or of anyone else, without their permission (section 4).

6. The service

We work hard to keep facebrrr up, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. We may change these terms; the date above says when they last changed, and the version in force when you bought applies to that purchase.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and any dispute goes to the courts of Wyoming, unless the law of your country says otherwise.
